What time do you do your hill climbs?
There is some research that show's going for a PB is optimum at about 4pm. The research show's your lungs work upto 7% than in the morning. We have entered some fields into the hill climb time form so you can record your start time. Over the next few months we'll have a look at this and see what results we get.
